A supremely creamy, washed Gesha from Finca Jerusalen, grown at a high altitude of approximately 1,800–1,900 meters above sea level. In the washed process, the pulp is removed before drying, which results in a thick and full-bodied cup where terroir and structure emerge with maximum precision. The result is an unusually luxurious and buttery Gesha where florality is blended with buttercream and supported by a silky texture and clear finish.
Taste profile:
Buttercream – White flowers – Cream. The profile is delicate, precise, and high-pitched, with white florality, clear citrus, and creamy richness followed by a clean and long aftertaste.
