Here we gather coffees that score 92 points and above according to SCA – beans that belong to the absolute world elite.

These are often exceptional Geishas, but also extremely selected lots of other noble varieties, where terroir, genetic origin, and craftsmanship interact at the highest level. The flavor profile is bright, crystal clear, and elegant – think jasmine, white peach, bergamot, champagne-like acidity, and a silky texture that lingers.

Every coffee in Grand Cru is chosen for its purity, balance, and transparency. No experiments for the sake of it – just coffee where every detail is perfect. The roasting is gentle and precise, optimized for pour-over and maximum aromatic clarity.
