About Gradeninety

Gradeninety is a Swedish specialty coffee roastery based in Uppsala. We sell whole coffee beans that have achieved an SCA cupping score of at least 90 points, meaning our assortment exclusively consists of coffee in the absolute highest quality class according to international standards.

Our business

We apply a strict selection criterion where only coffee beans rated 90 points or higher by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) are included in our assortment. These scores are awarded through professional cupping and represent the international standard for classifying quality in specialty coffee.

All coffee sold through Gradeninety is roasted by us in our roastery in Uppsala. Roasting takes place in small batches with a focus on preserving the coffee's original characteristics and flavor/aroma profile. For many of our products, we provide documentation verifying cupping results and origin.

What we sell

Gradeninety sells:

whole coffee beans (roast date specified on packaging, usually close to sale date).
light roasted for manual brewing (pourover or immersion)
coffee from carefully selected origins and microlots (specified on all products)
products where quality, traceability, and transparency are prioritized

We do not sell ground beans or any products that do not meet our quality requirements.
