Here we explore ultra-premium coffee from small microlots where producers push the boundaries of what coffee can be.

Here you will find unique varieties and extreme processes:
Oblonga, Ombligon, Sidra, Pink Bourbon – often from producers like Nestor Lasso, Wilton Benítez or other innovators in Colombia and Central America. The processes can be anaerobic, thermally controlled fermentations, multi-stage washed, yeast-inoculated or hybrid creations that are yet to be named.

The flavor profile is often polarizing and memorable: tropical fruit, fermented pineapple, rosewater, red wine, spices, yogurt, candy or floral notes approaching perfume. This is coffee that demands attention – and rewards it.
